Absolutely the best bison dish. Gather’s flavor and pairing of sides was just right. We also had truffled pasta and the Korean marinated wagyu. Just excellent! I could’ve have the pasta all day every day! Gather wait staff was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was perfect and will absolutely come back to Gather next time we’re in the downtown area!

Gather is simply outstanding! Everything we tried we loved, startling with the BBQ ribs appetizer, Wagyu steak was unique and absolutely delicious as was red wine bison, tasty fries, and donut desserts. Overall one if best dinners we’ve ever had. Outstanding.

Gather is a truly outstanding restaurant! From the appetizers — amazingly delicious Brussels Sprouts and Pork Buns to incredible large plates — Korean Wagy and Salmon! It was epicurean heaven. The service also helped make Gather our favorite restaurant in Jackson. WONDERFUL!
